Key Responsibilities as an Event Sales Associate:

  • Provide accurate and dependable information to customers using provided tools and training.

  • Increase brand awareness by participating in local retail events with team members.

  • Uphold high levels of professionalism and compliance while interacting with customers and managing the sales process.

  • Welcome customers and address questions regarding products and services with confidence.

  • Identify customer concerns and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Lead customer-facing interactions, including acquisition, retention, and boosting sales, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all client products, services, promotions, and deals to keep customers well-informed.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Reliable transportation for this on-site position.

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

  • Experience in event sales, customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

  • A self-motivated individual who excels independently and thrives in team settings.

  • Friendly, professional, and confident attitude.

  • Eager to embrace challenges and learn new skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-driven mindset.
